As flight instructors, our flight instructor certificate expires every 2 years. This is unlike a pilot's license that never expires once issued, and therefore does not need to be renewed. Libby successfully passed a check ride that has renewed her certificate to teach. Her previous teaching and charter experience, along with six years of flying as a corporate Learjet pilot, helped her pass her check ride with ease. Her instructor Mike Jeswald was also the former coworker on the Learjet, so training her was easy and familiar to the previous cockpit relationship they already had. Her skill is supreme and her readiness to teach others is now present! Congratulations Libby!
